Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year

We are a well-established and growing GC that has been building for 30+ years. Project types include commercial, multifamily, educational, healthcare, industrial, retail, and more.

Due to growth, we are hiring an Assistant Superintendent. The first job is a ground-up $70M assisted living facility in Saratoga.

Job Details

MUST HAVE
+ Experience as an Assistant Super or similar at a GC
+ Experience with commercial or multifamily construction
+ Experience with ground-up

NICE TO HAVE
+ ProCore or similar construction management software
