We have an excellent locums opportunity for a Physician Assistant specializing in Cardiothoracic Surgery in Illinois. This assignment offers a consistent schedule in a collaborative, team-based inpatient environment, perfect for a provider seeking a stable interim role.

Practice Setting
Inpatient-only responsibilitiesFunction within a collaborative group of 5 PAs / NPsSupported by an OP-RN and CV SupervisorSchedule
Coverage needed for Monday-Friday daytime hoursAssignments are available starting this fall and ongoingPotential for weeknight and weekend call coverageProcedures and Cases
Focus on general cardiac surgeryCases include CABG, AVR, MVR, and ECMORequirements
Must hold a current Illinois state licenseRequires a minimum of 12 months of CT Surgery experienceMust be a Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)Active ACLS certification is requiredCredentialing Requirements
