Job Description

As a Security Professional - Healthcare Facility Patrols in Durham, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more.

As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the facility, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that may arise. You will be expected to provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with individuals on site, and utilize technology such as computers or tablets to support your duties. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
