Responsible for taking and filling orders for materials and for the reconciliation of material inventory, auditing, adjustments, and monitoringReceives orders for materials by phone, Outlook and / or inter-office from other departmentsHelps to ensure that inventory quantities balance with SAP system; Assist to identify inventory transactions when system is out of balance and notifies warehouse of discrepancies in material inventoryPackages orders and routes as soon as possible and responsible for shipment of special mailings, new promotional items, and shipment of packages for other departments as directedMaintains accurate records of what is mailed and where it is mailed for a possible tracing actionCreates accurate bar-code tags and provides material tracing of goods issued to the order in real timeAssists with audits of manufacturing paperwork with SAP and notifies management and line personnel on discrepancies with issues to ordersAudits packaging storage locations for actual inventoryKeeps inventory of forms and P.O.P.
