Custodian / Groundskeeper

Immediately Seeking! New Wage Custodian / Groundskeeper

Monday-Friday 7 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM $18.75 / hr

Duties include but are not limited to :

• Working both inside and outside.
• Includes cleaning of offices, breakrooms, restrooms.
• Upkeep of grounds in outdoor areas, including grass, trees, shrubs and other general landscaping
• Mowing and trash cleanup
• Clear walkways and parking lots of debris, snow, leaves, etc. with use of skid loaders, forklifts, street sweepers and general equipment
• General maintenance or minor repair of structures, fences, etc. as needed
• Other duties as assigned
