Grads Photography is seeking a highly motivated and skilled graphic design professional with a passion for both digital and print media. Primary Responsibilities :

Collaborate with our creative team to develop engaging design concepts for digital and print media, including social media graphics, brochures, banners, flyers, and more.
Must be located near Glendale, AZ or able to commute to Glendale, AZ. Relocation assistance not available.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) to execute high-quality designs that align with brand guidelines.
Manage and execute multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) to support documentation and project organization.
Provide design solutions for both print and web, ensuring designs are optimized for various formats and platforms.
Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout the design process, from concept to final production.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to refine and execute design ideas that align with overall project goals.

Qualifications :

Available to work Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm (hours may vary).

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, balancing creativity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.

Must be able to prioritize and manage projects effectively while maintaining a high level of quality.

Provide a portfolio or samples of previous design work showcasing your proficiency in both digital and print design.

Recommended Experience :

A minimum of 2 years of design experience in a professional setting is preferred.

Prior experience in designing for both digital platforms (websites, social media, email campaigns) and print media (brochures, posters, business cards, etc.).

Familiarity with print production processes and preparing files for print.

Bilingual skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
