Job descriptionPositive Attitude Professionalism Compassion Outgoing Personality Patience Flexibility Honesty Promptness Personal Care services including bathing, dressing, assistance with toileting, etc. Light housekeeping and laundry Meal planning, preparation and cooking Grocery shopping and errands Medication reminders and / or management Prescription pick-up Other home care needs Initial and ongoing training Flexible schedules Industry-leading pay Satisfaction in knowing you are making a positive difference in your client's lives Incentives offered to employees that excel High School graduate or G.E.D. Current CPR and First Aid certification (In person class required) Current CNA license Complete a criminal background check Must have PPD or chest x-ray Possess a valid driver's license and insured automobile for transportation for the job Ability to read, write, speak and understand English Ability to lift 150 lbs. Previous professional or personal caregiving experience is a plus
