Job descriptionPerform CT and general X-ray exams per protocol and physician orders. Verify exam orders and confirm patient identification. Position patients accurately to obtain diagnostic images. Operate CT and radiographic equipment safely and efficiently. Administer contrast materials as directed and monitor for reactions. Evaluate image quality and repeat studies as needed. Apply radiation safety and infection control procedures. Document all procedures accurately in PACS / RIS. Maintain equipment and work area. Train or assist students when assigned. ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) required. Active Indiana or Kentucky radiologic technologist license required. BLS (AHA) required. Minimum 2 years’ experience in CT and general radiography. Ability to work 7p–7 : 30a, every 3rd weekend.
