We are now seeking a Plant Operations / Maintenance Supervisor to join our team!

The Plant Operations | Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overall plant operations including interior and exterior maintenance including grounds-keeping.

What youll

Track all expenditures of the department and maintain a record of all work accomplished.

• Assist in coordination of community events.
• Supervise and train all Plant Operations employees.
• Work as part of the management team.
• Responsible for department budget.
• Coordinate service from outside vendors for mechanical systems.
• Maintain fire inspection records and all other inspections pertaining to the licensure of the community.

What youll

Previous experience in custodial / maintenance areas.
