Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects, from initial planning to delivery and post-launch evaluation.
• Coordinate with clients to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines while addressing specific business needs.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams across development, operations, sales, and customer support.
• Monitor project progress through regular status updates, identifying and mitigating risks or roadblocks to ensure timely completion.
• Facilitate effective communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and alignment during the implementation process.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Identify opportunities to optimize workflows to improve the efficiency and success of future implementations.
• Ensure client training and onboarding as part of the successful delivery of solutions.
