Job Title : Operations and Sales Expert - CycleBar Scripps Ranch, San Diego

Location : 9860 Hibert Street, Suite C3

Reports To : General Manager

About Us : CycleBar is more than just a fitness studio; we’re a community dedicated to providing a fun and energizing experience for our members. We're seeking a motivated and organized Operations and Sales Expert to join our team and drive cleanlinss and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Membership Sales : Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for memberships.
Revenue Growth : Increasing studio revenue through promotions and events.
Community Outreach : Engage with the local community to promote CycleBar and build relationships with potential members.
Staff Cleanliness : Ensure that the studio is clean and presentable for members.
Studio Communication : Handle studio emails and ensure timely responses to member inquiries.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably (2+ years) in the fitness industry.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A go-getter attitude with a passion for fitness and community engagement.
