About the Role: A leading brand in the health and wellness space is seeking an experienced Director of Web & E-commerce to drive our digital growth and optimize the online customer journey. This role will lead e-commerce strategy, website performance, and customer experience with a strong focus on wellness-driven storytelling and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a high-impact e-commerce strategy tailored to the health and wellness market.
• Lead website operations, UX/UI improvements, and technical performance to ensure a seamless and engaging experience.
• Monitor and analyze web analytics, user behavior, and sales data to implement data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to launch digital campaigns that align with our wellness mission and product launches.
• Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations including product listings, inventory, pricing strategies, and promotional calendars.
