Walton Gwinnett Animal Clinic is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Veterinary Practice Manager to lead our passionate and growing team in Loganville, GA . This is an exciting opportunity to take the reins of a well-established general practice and wellness-focused veterinary hospital and help shape its continued success.
As a key member of our leadership team, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, financial performance, and team engagement-all while ensuring exceptional client service and high-quality medical care.

Salary : Starting at $70,000+ annually, based on experience
Eligible for Annual Performance Bonus based on individual and hospital EBITDA performance

What You'll Be Doing
This is a full-time, salaried leadership role perfect for someone with strong veterinary industry experience and a proven ability to manage people, operations, and financials within a clinical setting.

Team Leadership & Culture
- Lead with empathy, transparency, and accountability
- Foster a positive and respectful workplace culture that encourages collaboration and growth
- Provide coaching, support, and development opportunities for staff
- Partner with the Medical Director to align operational and clinical priorities
- Conduct team meetings, performance evaluations, and recruitment efforts
⚙ Hospital Operations
Oversee day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth workflowsEnsure compliance with all regulatory and safety standardsManage scheduling, staff productivity, and workflow efficienciesMaintain vendor relationships and inventory controlPartner with support departments across Innovetive Petcare's networkFinancial Management
Own the hospital's P&L , budgeting, forecasting, and reportingMonitor KPIs and set performance goals aligned with hospital growthDrive revenue generation while managing expenses responsiblyCollaborate with regional leadership to achieve financial and strategic goalsClient Experience
Champion a warm, professional, and consistent client experienceAddress and resolve client concerns with empathy and efficiencyPromote loyalty through community involvement and local engagementWhat We're Looking ForRequired Experience :
Bachelor's degree in business , marketing , or related field preferredCertified Veterinary Practice Manager ( CVPM ) preferred, not required.3-5 years of experience in a veterinary hospital or clinical setting(Veterinary Assistant, Technician, or Client Service experience is a plus!)
3+ years in a management or leadership position within a veterinary or healthcare environmentStrong working knowledge of hospital financials , including P&L management, budgeting, and payrollExperience with practice management software (e.g., Avimark, Cornerstone, Ezyvet, etc.)Your Strengths :
Emotionally intelligent, approachable, and inspiring leaderDetail-oriented and highly organizedConfident in analyzing data and using it to inform decisionsExcellent communication skills-both written and verbalPassionate about veterinary medicine and client careCompensation & Benefits
