Opportunity
High-impact leadership role to build and scale a best-in-class Accounts Payable (AP) department. This is a rare chance to create an amazing team , design scalable processes, and drive operational excellence from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing AP team
- Design and implement AP policies, procedures, and workflows
- Lead advanced ERP / AP automation implementations (Coupa, SAP Concur, NetSuite, Oracle, Workday)
- Optimize invoice processing, T& E, payments, 1099s, and vendor management
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and continuous improvement programs
- Ensure SOX / GAAP compliance and support audits
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)7+ years AP leadership in shared servicesProven experience building and developing an AP functionAdvanced implementation of AP systems and process reengineeringStrong Excel, BI tools, and policy development expertiseCPA / CPM or Lean / Six Sigma a plusWhy Join?

Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounts payable or related financial management roles.Proven expertise in coding invoices, conducting check runs, and managing ACH processes.Strong knowledge of shared service models and their application in financial operations.Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams effectively.
