Join Our Team as a GSOC Analyst

At Securitas, we are dedicated to making the world a safer place. As a GSOC Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring and ensuring the safety of our clients' people, products, property, and brand image.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze and respond to alarms, coordinating with security patrols and emergency services as necessary.
  • Provide support to employees regarding safety and security concerns.
  • Monitor and assess the safety of employees while traveling.
  • Continuously review various systems and data sources to identify potential risks.
  • Disseminate advisories and coordinate corporate responses during incidents.
  • Manage incidents according to established procedures, from local issues to global crises.
  • Identify, analyze, and manage incidents that may impact stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective Communication and Escalation processes during critical events.
  • Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms, manage access control technology.
  • Ensure readiness for incident responses at all times.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum age of 18 years old.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug / alcohol testing.
  • 1-3 years of leadership experience and 3-5 years of experience in a Corporate Security or GSOC environment.
  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a teamwork-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient typing skills (30+ WPM) and general understanding of security systems.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information and make sound decisions in crisis situations.
  • Able to engage effectively with all levels of leadership and support proactive threat analysis.
