Cascade Bicycle Studio (CBS) is a rapidly growth, high-end fit studio serving a clientele with high expectations. The primary role of the CBS Marketing Lead is to oversee marketing for CBS across all analog and digital channels.This role is client facing and upholds the community, service, brand, and performance standards for CBS.The Marketing Lead will report to the General Manager.
The Marketing Lead is primarily responsible for, but not limited to the following :
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst, Marketing Manager, or similar role.
At least 3 years of prior marketing experience, ideally in a retail setting.
At least 1-2 years of marketing a consumer facing product or service.
Ideal candidate would have prior experience in the cycling industry at the store level.
Must have a personal passion for cycling, experience as a cyclist, and a willingness to participate on CBS / customer facing rides that may happen outside of normal business hours.
Experience in planning and budgeting
Knowledge of marketing processes and functions
Strong analytical ability
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Problem-solving aptitude
Compensation and Benefits
Full-time position.Monday through Friday.40 hours per week.
Hourly : $25-30 / hr based on qualifications
Eligible for semi-annual team bonus program
