Job descriptionDeliver exceptional service to customers by coordinating daily operations effectively. Establish check-in times, organize schedules, and ensure all necessary materials are prepared. Maintain open communication with staff to ensure efficient operations. Pay close attention to special instructions and details. Monitor local events, road closures, and traffic conditions to prevent service disruptions. Coordinate lunch orders and admissions with vendors. Regularly update the reservations system. Familiarity with local roads and landmarks. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow both oral and written instructions. Ability to build positive relationships with employees and customers in a professional and approachable manner. Analytical thinking with the ability to identify problems, gather information, and draw valid conclusions. Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel. The Dispatcher plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth, timely, and high-quality execution of daily operations by providing accurate information, clear instructions, and maintaining continuous communication with management, staff, and customers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in customer service, dispatch, administration, or hospitality, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
