About the Job :

Seeking a reliable and skilled Make Ready to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting the overall maintenance operations of the property, including preventative, corrective, emergency, and cosmetic repairs, as well as preparing units for new residents. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to providing excellent service to both residents and the community.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in completing work orders, make-readies, and preventative maintenance in a timely manner.
• Perform general property maintenance, including :

Basic plumbing and electrical repairs (non-licensed level).

Qualifications :

HVAC certification (Preferred).
