Security Site Supervisor - Medical Clinic $24.50 / hr

The ideal candidate for this position will have an active level 2 NM security license, supervisory experience, security experience of at least one year, access control experience, and customer service experience. Comfortability using a computer or tablet is also required.

The general purpose and function of the Site Supervisor includes the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services for the client's site.

Responsibilities include overseeing the security function on-site, ensuring contract-required training and screening elements are met, maintaining overtime to a minimal requirement, ensuring quality of service and contract compliance, performing other operations and related functions, making recommendations for personnel actions, responding to client requests, making emergency notifications, and providing direction and instruction to subordinates.

Qualifications must include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing, ability to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle, and one or more of the following : service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard; service in Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets; minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry; associate's degree or higher in any discipline. Candidates must also be at least 18 years old, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed), and possess effective oral and written communication, problem solving, active listening, and attention to detail.

Preferred qualifications include meeting basic qualifications for Custom Protection Officer.
