Dental Assistant – Warren, MI (1–3 Years Experience Required)

We’re hiring a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our state-of-the-art practice in Warren, Michigan. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with 3–5 years of hands-on experience who is confident assisting with a wide range of dental procedures—including packing cord for crown and bridge work —and who communicates clearly and empathetically with patients about their treatment plans.

Responsibilities

Chairside assistance during general, cosmetic, and restorative procedures

Proficient in packing cord , taking accurate impressions, and assisting with temporaries

Prepare and educate patients before, during, and after treatment

Take high-quality dental radiographs (x-rays)

Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized operatory

Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling and maintaining patient records

Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and post-op instructions

✅ Qualifications

3–5 years of dental assisting experience in a clinical setting

Valid Michigan RDA certification / license (if applicable)

Current CPR certification

Proficiency with dental software ( Open Dental preferred )

Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures

Excellent communication and patient education skills

Comfortable working in a modern, high-tech environment
