Healthcare Business Analyst

A company is looking for an Advisor Business Analyst to enhance healthcare outcomes through technology.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate workstreams and teams on IT projects to align solutions with client business priorities

Act as a subject matter expert and liaison between clients and internal teams to transform requirements into actionable results

Delegate tasks, coach team members, and oversee the planning and design of complex business processes

Required Qualifications

Ten or more years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare Industry, with at least three years of Medicaid and Medicare experience

Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel features and / or relational database software

Experience in business process re-engineering

Strong interpersonal skills to influence clients and team members

Proven leadership abilities to motivate and coach less experienced resources
