About the Role
This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates ready to launch their careers in technology and engineering. As a Support Engineer at Peerlogic, you’ll start on the front lines, troubleshooting real customer issues, then help improve Aimee—our GenAI agent—to resolve those issues autonomously. You’ll rotate between two months of live support and one month of engineering projects that turn recurring problems into self-serve Aimee workflows
