Operations Supervisor Overnights
The Operations Supervisor position oversees the operations of all departments at the property to ensure that the association and residents needs are met. The Operations Supervisors is also responsible of ensuring the levels of services and standards are according to Associations policy. The Operations supervisor is also involved in the violations process and incident report management.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, hours of work are usually in the afternoons and on week-ends and holidays with possible variance. This position requires weekend work and may require long hours.
Travel
Some travel within the geographical area may be required.
