We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day functions ensuring the accurate, safe, and efficient flow of materials to support production and delivery.

We are currently hiring a Warehouse Supervisor – New Kensington!
Key Responsibilities :
Lead daily warehouse operations to ensure timely picking, replenishment, and delivery of goods to productionManage staffing, hiring, and performance decisions while fostering a high-performing, safety-first cultureOversee warehouse inventory levels, supplies purchasing, and WMS utilization to optimize accuracy and efficiencyOwn key performance metrics (e.g., picks per hour, inventory variance, on-time delivery) and drive continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with safety, storage, and handling standards through strong 6S practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory or quality issues and support company-wide operational goalsLead physical inventories and cycle counts, contributing to consistent variance reductions and audit readinessIdentify and implement process improvements using data analysis and reporting tools to enhance transparency and cost-effectivenessRequirements :
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferredMinimum 4+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse operation requiredAbility to lift up to 30 lbs. and operate warehouse equipmentStrong organizational and multi-tasking skillsAbility to lead teams in a fast-paced environmentHighly independent with ability to make data-driven decisions in the absence of direct guidanceExpert level knowledge with Microsoft Excel and data analysisExperience working within and optimizing a WMS systemExperience operating and maintaining forklifts and machineryStrong attention to detail and customer service orientationComplex problem solving, using advanced analysis and strategic thinkingBenefits :
