Job descriptionFreight Type : 100% no-touch freight (50% live load / unload at customer locations). Average Miles : 1,550 per week. Stops : 3–5 per day (excluding first / last stop, with $15 per stop paid). Delivery Area : NC, SC, GA, TN, PA, WV, VA, OH. No-Touch Freight : Most freight is no-touch, but 50% requires live load / unload at customer locations. Deliveries : You'll handle 3-5 stops per day, with an average of 1,550 miles per week. Customer Interaction : Strong customer service skills are a must, as you'll be interacting with clients regularly. Schedule : Occasional Saturday loads, with night, weekend, and holiday work based on route schedule. Experience : At least 3 months of Class A CDL experience. Location : Must live within 80 miles of Hickory, NC. Transportation : Personal transportation to and from the Distribution Center (trucks cannot be taken home). Physical Requirements : Able to handle multiple stops daily and meet physical demands of the job. Customer Service : Strong communication and patience when interacting with customers. A mix of International , Freightliner , Kenworth , and Volvo trucks. Weekly Home Time : Guaranteed home weekly for resets. Paid Vacation. Supportive Team : Work with a tenured and experienced dispatch and operations team. Orientation : One-day paid orientation ($100 for completion). Mileage Pay (Based on Experience) : 1 year : $0.64 CPM. 2 years : $0.65 CPM. 4+ years : $0.66 CPM. Stop Pay : $15 per stop (excluding first and last stop). Orientation Pay : $100 for one-day orientation class.
