Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and minimum 1+ years Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A licensed practical / vocational nurse (LPN / LVN) opportunity is available to provide dedicated 1 : 1 nursing support at a middle school level. This contract position involves coverage for two students throughout the academic year and includes additional hours during summer break from July 7 to July 28. Summer hours will be scheduled Monday through Thursday for approximately four hours per day, with school year hours from 8 : 15 AM to 3 : 45 PM.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver direct nursing care and support to assigned students according to individualized health plans.
• Monitor student health status, administer medications, and manage medical conditions during school hours.
• municate effectively with school staff, families, and healthcare providers regarding student health needs.
• Ensure a safe and healthy environment by following established protocols and emergency procedures.
