About the Opportunity
As a Lead Software Engineer at Pair Team, you will be pivotal in crafting and scaling the tools that drive our care delivery. You’ll oversee the full development cycle of new product features, from the initial concept through to deployment and beyond.
In this role, you will :
- Take ownership of core product initiatives, leading full-stack development using modern web technologies.
- Create scalable, high-performance applications that cater to both clinical and patient experiences.
- Identify and implement enhancements across our platform to improve speed, reliability, and usability.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and platform engineers to deliver seamless, user-centered solutions.

A minimum of 2+ years of software development experience as a high-performing contributor, specializing in user-facing software development.Experience in both frontend and backend engineering.Building complex web applications (required).Relational databases and data modeling (required).Experience with Ruby on Rails (preferred).Experience with React (preferred).Familiarity with AWS services (preferred).A genuine passion for assisting individuals with complex chronic needs, including those facing homelessness, severe mental illness, or substance use disorders.Our Values
