Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Syracuse, NY Opportunity Highlights

Full-time role focused on rounding at skilled nursing facilities
Monday Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends
Adult cardiology consults in post-acute care settings
$20,000 sign-on bonus
Structured onboarding with mentorship and EMR training

Estimated annual earnings : $140,000 $160,000 plus uncapped productivity bonus potential

Candidate Requirements

Current New York NP or PA license and DEA registration

Minimum two years of cardiology or post-acute care experience preferred
