Senior Product Manager

This position is a senior product manager role in the United States. As a senior product manager, you will oversee and coordinate the full lifecycle of security-focused products, ensuring compliance with multiple global regulatory frameworks. You will collaborate with engineering, security, compliance, and business teams to design, implement, and maintain controls that meet certification requirements. This role offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional initiatives, engage with auditors and regulatory bodies, and support go-to-market activities with certification expertise. You will drive product certification initiatives from planning through execution, monitor compliance across frameworks, and advise stakeholders on changes in standards and regulations. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, managing multiple certifications simultaneously while advancing product security and compliance. This position combines strategic planning, operational execution, and technical knowledge to deliver scalable, certified products that meet global standards.

Accountabilities :

• Lead the full product lifecycle with a focus on security and compliance certifications.
• Drive certification initiatives for frameworks such as FedRAMP, GovRAMP, SOC 2, ISO standards, FIPS 140-3, and others.
• Partner with engineering and security teams to implement and maintain controls that meet certification requirements.
• Engage with third-party assessment organizations (3PAOs), auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate documentation, evidence collection, audit readiness, and continuous monitoring activities.
• Track certification renewal timelines and assess impacts of changes in regulations or standards.
• Support go-to-market teams with certification-related customer inquiries and RFP responses.
