As a Rental Sales Leader you will join Trane's best-in-class Commercial HVAC team. In this role, you will function as the Rental Sales Leader for Rental services and projects. You will develop and maintain long-term customer relationships and maximize account penetration and customer retention. Sales constitute all the processes and functions required to obtain inside / outside sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

Compensation :

Total Target Compensation : $150,000 - $210,000

Total Target Cash represents a mix of fixed base salary plus incentive.
