You will be a key player in managing partnership relations & sales growth. The Staples Media Network team is tasked with developing products, programs, and measurement solutions that drive an increase in revenue and program adoption / renewal. As the Ad Solutions Manager, you will partner closely with Product, Ad Operations, GTM, and Sales to support the growth of Staples Media Network. This role will assist in managing highly visible key growth initiatives, project manage multiple teams and timelines, and present to executive steering committee members on a regular basis. Successful candidates will leverage a strong understanding of ecommerce, media, and both customer and eCommerce analytics to support data-centric decision making. This role must ensure a world-class and innovative experience delivering mutual benefit for Staples and our network of vendor partners. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong martech / adtech background and / or those with 1-2 or more years of eCommerce, Paid Media, Product innovation, and / or Project management experience. This role requires an excellent collaborator, communicator, and manager with a strong bias towards action. The successful candidate is a problem solver in a fast-moving and highly diverse environment and will be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and timeliness are not compromised. We are seeking a proactive, independent, innovative person for this role.
