The Program Director will have academic faculty appointment through the affiliate medical school. The type of such appointment depends on the experience and academic qualifications including research and scholarly activities.Under the direction of the Regional VP Medical Education (RVP), the Program Director is responsible for the general administration, curriculum planning, recruitment, and teaching and supervision of Residency Program. The Program Director establishes the strategic direction of the Program and is responsible for the standards, quality and reputation of such.
