IOP Clinician - Make a Lasting Impact on Children and Families

Are you passionate about helping children and adolescents grow, heal, and thrive? BHcare is seeking a compassionate IOP Clinician to join our Children's Clinic. In this role, you'll provide structured group therapy, case management, and family support for children and adolescents in our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

This position is a full-time, 37.5 hour per week. There is a requirement of two days per week where the hours will be 10am-7pm

What You'll Do :

• Facilitate structured, intensive group therapy sessions for an assigned caseload of children / adolescents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in line with program policies.
• Collaborate with parents, schools, and other providers to support each client's treatment plan.
• Prepare reports, evaluations, and progress updates as required.
• Provide clinical consultation to schools, community resources, and internal staff.
• Support discharge planning and ongoing care coordination with the Program Coordinator, Director of Clinical Services, and Psychiatrist.
• Participate in in-service trainings and assist with supervision of graduate students.
