3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Lead
Our warehouse operations make sure that products are properly received, selected and delivered to our stores for our ever-growing number of customers to enjoy. Position Type : Full-Time
Average Hours : 30-35 hours per week
Starting Wage : $24.75 per hour
Wage Increases : Year 2 - $25.50 | Year 3 - $26.25 | Year 4 - $26.25 | Year 5 - $27.25
Duties and responsibilities include :
- Performing daily outbound processes to ensure shipping plans are executed.
- Performing proper receipt of product and escalating any inbound discrepancies.
- Assisting direct leader in handling daily communications with 3rd party partners.
- Assisting direct leader in supervising the proper staging, pallet construction, and accuracy of product selection.
- Supporting timely, accurate, and efficient receipt, storage, and loading of product, supplies, and equipment.
- Executing shipping plans as established by transportation management.
- Supporting supervision and communicating job responsibilities and performance expectations.
- Assisting with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results and personnel development.
- Working cooperatively with colleagues, divisional and national departments.
- Monitoring all companies providing service within the warehouse.
- Providing feedback and recommendations to direct leader regarding changes to improve the operation.
- Managing warehouse processes and workload distribution.
- Executing inventory operational controls.
- Performing general cleaning duties.
- Leading inspections of inbound deliveries and fulfillment of all orders.
- Providing administrative support at the central desk.
- Assisting warehouse management in achieving budgeted goals.
- Aiding in the selection and receipt of incoming stock efficiently.
- Operating equipment according to safety guidelines.
- Ensuring that personnel comply with the companys guidelines.
- Assisting in training, developing, and monitoring performance.
- Ensuring a safe environment by identifying and rectifying hazards.
- Other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.Or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.Physical requirements :
Frequently required to lift and place product weighing up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights.Frequently move merchandise from warehouse stock and prepare product for store deliveries.Frequently required to sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.Continuously work in varying temperatures, hot and cold (including outdoor temperatures and refrigerator / freezer environments).Ability to safely and properly operate powered industrial equipment.
