Pay Range $18.50-$21.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Provides hands off care such as :Providing and encouraging socializationEncouraging a mild exercise programEncouraging medication compliance through timely reminders to take medicationsSupervising the safety of the patient / client when bathing, toileting, and dressingAssisting with grocery-shopping; and performing light housekeeping choresPerforms other duties as assigned / necessaryArrives at the client's home on time and leaves when shift schedule is completePerforms all duties in an accurate and timely mannerSafeguards the client / patient by observing appropriate infection control procedures including but not limited to universal precautionsRequirements
Must be at least 18 years oldOne (1) year of experience as a Companion Care Homemaker / Companion Care Provider preferredAbility to carry out tasks in a professional manner and adhere to policies regarding professionalism and boundaries preferredMust demonstrate a compassionate nature and possess strong interpersonal skills preferredAbility to effectively elicit / provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills preferredProficiency in the English language is requiredComputer proficiency requiredMaxim Benefits :
