Our location is in Ontario, CA 91762

We are a fast-growing Private Practice Family Medicine and we are looking to add another Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to our amazing team.

Our office provides a high standard of care and excellent customer service to all our patients.

We are looking for a Full Time or Part-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant that can assist us in maintaining this high standard of care.

We offer a flexible schedule!

We are open: Mon - Fri: 8:30 am - 5 pm

Requirements

• Must hold current license/registration to practice
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to exercise sound judgment and discretion
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information
