Job descriptionCaring and honest (high character a must) Proactive work ethic Professional demeanor Compassionate bedside manner and ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small office environment. Strong knowledge of perioperative protocols and patient assessment for discharge. Postoperative assessment and care for patients who have undergone general anesthesia or sedation procedures. Coordinate with anesthesia providers and surgeons to ensure seamless patient care after procedures. Administer medications or treatments as prescribed by the physician. Coordination of care between the OR and clinic.

Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Recovery Room RN to join our small plastic surgery office. The position would be as needed, 1 or 2 times per week. Initially, we need coverage Fridays, but eventually this will become Mondays and Wednesdays. This position requires a compassionate, detail-oriented professional with excellent multitasking abilities to thrive in a dynamic, small-team environment.
Required Experience :
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in WI.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a circulating nurse in an operating room setting (experience in plastic surgery or outpatient surgery preferred but not required).
