Job Summary :

Under the direction of the Aging Unit / Adult Services Supervisor, the Community Nutrition Coordinator plans, organizes, and coordinates the preparation of food at designated congregate sites or host restaurants; coordinates the packaging and delivery of home delivered meals and services; recruits and trains volunteers; plans, develops and implements education and recreational activities for seniors; and assists in providing outreach services to the elderly.

This position works 20 hours per week.
