Sr. Mechanical Engineer

Direct Hire

$120,000-$130,000 / annually (some flexibility)

Fully Onsite in Hamel / Plymouth, MN

Top Skills :

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
• 5+ years in mechanical design
• Demonstrated experience working at a senior level
• SolidWorks or ANSYS-computer-aided design & analysis
• Industrial Automation / Robotics Background (Aerospace / Defense would be preferred)
• Low volume-High mix environment (someone who likes variety)
• Tight tolerances (precision)
• High-level direct customer engagement / interaction and presentation
• Complex system design and optimization
• Critical thinking and business awareness
• Balancing technical rigor with cost, schedule and customer mission needs
