The Amazon MGM Studios Awards team supports the promotion of original films and series for Prime Video and theatrical releases across the global awards landscape. Amazon MGM Studios is seeking an Awards Coordinator to support the execution of awards campaigns for both film and series titles across all phases of the awards calendar, including Oscars, Emmys, BAFTAs, Golden Globes, SAG, DGA, WGA, and others. This role works cross-functionally with filmmakers, talent, agencies, and internal teams to support awards campaigns. The Awards Coordinator provides day-to-day operational and administrative support and collaborates closely with publicity, marketing, legal, international, and external partners to assist with screenings, events, talent logistics, materials delivery, and compliance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. They are able to manage multiple priorities, follow through on tasks, communicate clearly across teams, and adapt quickly as needs change.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $69,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $148,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
