SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Purchases office supplies for program and ensures that office equipment is in working order
- Completes time sheets for payroll
- Performs general administrative duties, including answering phones, word processing, filing, and faxing
- Reconcilies petty cash, clothing, transportation, and recreation funds
- Maintains billing record
- Complies daily census for all independence Inn programs
- Any other assigned tasks
- Provide administrative support to the mobile crisis response team(s).
- Answer phone calls from internal callers and external community stakeholders related to the program and participant care
- Take notes for multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferencing
- Participate in staff training and support the team in the coordination of off-site and on-site trainings / trainers
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 21 years of agePrior office or clerical experience a plusHigh School Diploma / GED required. Associates Degree preferred2+ year experience in human services or related fieldHighly organized with the ability to prioritize effectivelyProficient in Microsoft Office 365, with emphasis on Excel, Word, and OutlookProficient in video conferencing apps i.e. ZoomAbility to interact with people at all levels in a professional mannerBilingual preferredEqual Opportunity Employer
