Self-ScheduledShift : 3rd Shift (7 PM - 7 : 30 AM)FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts)Schedule : 2 Mondays & 2 Fridays every 6 weeks, plus 1 weekend per 6-week schedule and 2 holidays (1 summer & 1 winter).Training : RNs receive training in ACLS, NIH, IV Ultrasound, and are cross-trained to function as Charge RN.Position Overview :
As part of our Internal Float Pool, you'll have the opportunity to work across various units, including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support. This position is perfect for those looking to enhance their skills, experience diverse clinical settings, and grow within their nursing career. Your duties will include :
Providing high-quality, patient-centered care while floating between different units.Adapting swiftly to various unit workflows in a fast-paced environment.Collaborating within a dedicated team to ensure the best clinical outcomes for patients.Preferred Qualifications :
Minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).Flexibility to meet scheduled requirements.Training & Skills :
Engagement in ongoing training including ACLS and NIHSS certifications, along with Charge Nurse cross-training.Additional Benefits :
