Summary

We're looking for a Cloud Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be a key player in supporting and evolving our cloud infrastructure, with a primary focus on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Endpoint Management (Intune), alongside our general IT security posture.

You'll gain hands-on experience, troubleshoot real-world issues, and contribute to exciting cloud and security projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundational IT knowledge and a desire to deepen their expertise in cloud computing and cyber security, working alongside experienced professionals and potentially guiding less experienced team members.

This position is onsite 5 days a week at our New York City offices.

Key  Responsibilities

Cloud & User Support :

• Provide first and second-line support for Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID / Azure AD), including user provisioning, licensing, permissions, and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist with day-to-day administration and monitoring of Azure resources (e.g., virtual machines, storage accounts, networking basics).
• Resolve general IT issues related to cloud connectivity and application integration.
• Document solutions, create knowledge base articles, and improve support processes.
