As a member of the Risk Adjustment team, our Bus Ops Specialists contribute to the achievement of organizational goals at the team, department, or function level through the management of multiple (often changing) objectives that span multiple domain areas (ex., project management, program management, data analysis, process improvement, business process analysis, communications & change management, etc.). Business Operations Analysts are "utility players" with responsibilities that are not better described by a more focused job family (ex. Project Manager, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Program Manager, etc.) - all in service of creating a person-focused health care experience. Qualifications :

• Business Operations Specialist II would have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Computer Science or related field and 5+ years of experience in business operations, data analysis, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
