Responsibilities :

• Assist the Controller in overseeing all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide actionable insights for leadership.
• Monitor and enhance internal controls, accounting processes, and compliance procedures.
• Collaborate with operations, production, and supply chain teams to align financial reporting with manufacturing performance metrics.
• Assist with audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting as required.
• Mentor and support accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and professional growth.
