We have reimagined our contingent staffing plan with a new Enterprise Resource Pool that offers many options for flexibility variety and career growth while supporting our collective mission to deliver outstanding whole-person care to our flourishing communities. The Common Spirit Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the Common Spirit Mountain Region system. Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility a geographic group of facilities or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system.

Job Summary :

Performs direct observation of the patient to maintain safety. Utilizes specialized training de-escalation techniques and other interventions as applicable to create a therapeutic and calming environment for patients. Communicates patient mental and / or physical status changes to the primary Registered Nurse and / or Nurse Leader. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.

Enterprise Pool 1 :

• Base rate $1.50 / Hr. Pool Differential Eligible for evening night and weekend differentials
• 1 facility preferred location / closest to home
• At least 2 applicable units - Must work in at least 2 applicable units.

Job Requirements

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day qualified candidates will need the following :

De-escalation training -escalation required if sitting for at risk for harm to self or others within 30 days of hire or transfer

Physical Requirements -Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally and / or up to 20lbs frequently and / or up to 10lbs constantly)
