Responsibilities include overseeing the activities of the specialty supervisor & the lead pest technician including assisting with the training of new and existing specialty & pest technicians, assisting lead pest technician & specialty supervisor with problem accounts, equipment management, fleet management, performing compliance & quality inspections, servicing residential and commercial properties for pests, wildlife and other administrative activities for the Company.
TheService Manageris responsible for overseeing the activities of the the specialty supervisor, lead pest technician and service technicians. Perform other administrative tasks including ordering equipment and supplies, fleet management, compiling and submitting a variety of reports, and calling clients with callbacks and stopped service.
A valid driver's license and high school diploma required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :
Oversees the activities of the lead pest technician and specialty supervisor and / or service techniciansSkillfully prices, schedules, and evaluates jobs and quality control.Performs other administrative tasks including ordering equipment and supplies, compiling, and submitting a variety of reports, and calling clients with callbacks and stopped service.Will perform pest / wildlife control services on commercial and residential accounts when necessary.Responsible for properly accounting for company funds received or spent during the course of everyday business activities.Coordinates activities with the other departments and other branch personnel.Responsible for ordering equipment and in overseeing that equipment is being maintained.Responsible for overseeing that vehicles are maintained and in clean & safe condition.Ensures that all employees act within established company procedures, state / federal laws to ensure the safety of themselves, our customers and the public.Oversees the use of pesticides and the disposal of hazardous materials.Responsible for hiring and termination of employees and / or assisting the CEO or COO in doing so.Maintaining pleasant demeanor and commitment to customer service.Providing exceptional customer service to customers at all times.Following-up with customers to ensure satisfaction.Remaining current on product offerings and staff member pricing and the time needed to conduct certain services.Coordinating necessary paperwork with managers.Redirecting client challenges to management as needed.Working as a team player and contributing to the team accordingly.Operating personal computer to access e-mail, electronic calendars, and other basic office support software.Exercising administrative judgment; assuming responsibility for decisions, consequences, and results impacting staff, costs, and / or quality of service within the functional area.Performing other duties as assignedTo learn more about CT Pest Solutions employment opportunities please visit our career site at www.ctpestsolutions.com / about -us / career-opportunities /
