We're looking for a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering who will lead a team of Enterprise Solution Engineers that partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to develop value-oriented solutions that tell our differentiated story to customers. This leader will work with their team, Enterprise Sales Leadership, as well as cross-functional stakeholders to influence product direction by being a champion for our customers and partners.

You will champion a diverse team of talented Solutions Engineers, coaching against a defined competency framework, empowering career development, and fostering an inclusive work environment. Success in this role requires proven pre-sales leadership, strong technical aptitude, prioritization management, and an ability to move with urgency in the midst of ambiguity.

Reporting to the Director, Solutions Engineering, as a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering you'll

• Grow and manage a high-performance team of Solution Engineers that support sales in Webflow's growing Enterprise segment.
• Define & clarify priority objectives for the team that ensure success of the Enterprise segment as well as the broader SE organization.
• Coach Solutions Engineers on how to run effective discovery, develop customer specific solutions, create compelling demos and deliver quantified business cases to customers.
• Provide support and guidance to direct reports by participating in and leading customer meetings.
• Collaborate closely with first-line sales leaders to ensure SE contributions are being leveraged to optimize customer success & ARR opportunity.
• Work closely with cross-functional leaders in Product, Engineering and Marketing to ensure the Solution Engineering team is influencing the direction of our products and services based on customer feedback.
• Work with the Solutions (Pre-sales & Post-sales) leadership team to advance strategy, automate processes, and drive customer success at scale.
