Job descriptionAs a Registered Nurse , you’ll provide direct patient care and promote emotional and physical healing in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. Responsibilities Assess, plan, and deliver individualized nursing care for detox and residential patients. Administer medications safely and accurately following established protocols. Document assessments and interventions in the EMR with precision and timeliness. Collaborate with counselors, physicians, and nursing leadership to coordinate care. Educate patients and families on medication, recovery expectations, and after-care needs. Monitor for withdrawal symptoms and respond promptly to emergent situations. Uphold confidentiality and maintain a calm, therapeutic environment.
