This position is located in the Support Services Division within the Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (DFMWR) at Fort Riley, Kansas.
DFMWR provides family support activities and services; social, fitness and recreation activities that enhance community life.

Duties
Help
- Oversight and Management of the NAF Support Division of DFMWR including the offices of Financial Management, Information Technology (IT), Marketing and NAF Property.
- Directs and develops finance and accounting operations and is responsible for the development and execution of the annual operating budget.
- Establishes and maintains internal control and audit procedures. Develops standard operating procedures and policy reviews.
- Responsible for developing, tracking and executing 5 and 10 year reinvestment plans.
- Ensure completion and submission of all annual work plans, Capital Purchase and Minor Construction (CPMC), NAF Major Construction and NAF Sustainment, Renovation and Modernization (SRM) requirements.
- Provides leadership and supervision, and communicates mission and organization goals to subordinates.

A qualified candidate must possess the following :
Work experience directing / managing one or more DMWR Support Management programs for a Garrison, or similar civilian community, for at least one (1) year.Knowledge of programming, planning, budgeting, and long range planning.In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified" :
Do you possess at least 2 years of experience overseeing a NAF Support Office (Marketing, Financial Management, Information technology, Property, etc.)?OR
Do you possess at least 2 years of experience as an MWR Division Chief with responsibility for development of a division's annual operating budget?Education
